37. Health Fitness

Directions: Document that fitness is a component of your healthy life-style.

  1. Create a fitness folder in your portfolio.
  2. Create a fitness.xls and save it in your fitness folder.
  3. Use the spreadsheet to chart a weekly fitness activity.
  4. Rowing three times a week and charting time improvements in a 1000m row is one example.
  5. A fitness activity such as a pace tape is another example.
  6. Write a paragraph describing why you are getting fit (WHYFIT).
  7. Write a paragraph describing what fitness activities you are involved with each year. Examples would include the sports you play, the pe classes you attend, or fitness activities at a local cub or gym.
  8. Feel free to include additional activities on the fitness or chart or to create additional charts and graphs.
